Leinster League #2 (14-03-2010)

I ran the second leinster league O race today on Carnawaddy. I've being injured with calf strains of the soleus muscle since the begining of January. I was looking to just get back into thumbing the map and checking my direction alot. The area was a beauty to run in and very dry, it's so great to be back orienteering.
